Christmas Time
I just love this time of year! The smell of pine in the house, the beautiful Christmas lights & decorations and the smiles on my kids faces when they see all the presents under the tree.
Santa!!!! I know him...I know him!
My mom and I took the kids to see Santa on Thursday. I was totally expecting Caleb to freak out or Emily to do her Santa Stinks face but surprisingly we got a good picture this year. No tears! It was so cute to see Emily tell Santa what she wanted, she even gave him a letter.

It's almost that time again!
I'm so excited I can barely stand it!! On Saturday we are having our Ugly Sweater party again. Here are some pics from 2 years ago. Can't wait to see all the new horrid, seksi sweaters everyone has found.
A Man, Women and even a Child's best friend
Unfortunately while we were out camping we lost a member of our family. Yes he walks on all fours, chases flashing lights, drinks out of the toilet and lived up to his breed....retriever. He would bring random stuff to my mom, banana’s knives and of course the notorious socks. We’ve had the pleasure of raising and knowing this wonderful dog since he was seconds old. He was bottle fed and soon became my mom's 4th child (Rosie is her 3rd). Over the last 4 years he’s become Emily’s little buddy, following her around the house, playing in the water, letting her lead him around, destroying her toys, eating her last Marshmallow and her screaming…GIVE IT BACK DOZER!!
Dozer fell ill Saturday morning and within a few hours he was gone. My parents tried to race him to the vet but tragically he didn’t even make it to the end of the road and he was gone. He’s buried out in the desert in one of the Canyons my mom has taken him on a million walks through. I know he’s resting in a place he enjoyed visiting and he’s up in heaven, happy, healthy and chasing all the lights he can find. We will love and cherish you forever.

Thanksgiving in Calico
For Thanksgiving we headed out to Calico for camping with family and friends. On BLACK Friday me, my mom and the kids snuck out for some shopping.
The first few days were beautiful and we were blessed with wonderful weather, then it started to get cold and it even snowed!!
