SeaWorld

Emily staring at the Commerson's Dolphin
Such a big boy! He's just now starting to hold your hand and walk with you. He was just taking off and running away.
You can tell when Caleb is excited or likes something because the finger comes out, he points and his mouth is wide open.
Beluga Whale (s) there were like 4 in the tank.
Walrus=freaky eyes!
Jaws...dun dun...dun dun
Waiting for Shamu
Soak Zone!!
Can you spot the trainer?
Yeah that water was headed our direction
Bummed you can't tell how wet we are
So we had a FUN filled day at SeaWorld. I kid you not it was the FUN-est we've had in a long time at a park! and there was no stress, no lines and the best weather we could have asked for. Definitely stoked we get to visit this place for free for the next year! The kids loved looking at all the exhibits and a new dolphin/sea lion show will be open this Spring.

After SeaWorld we met up with our dear friends Tom and Sam for dinner. So excited they will be having a baby GIRL this July!! Little girls are SO much fun to shop for! Congrats you two!

Here we come!!

I saw online that if you buy one ticket to SeaWorld you get to get the whole year for FREE!!! Well we jumped on that bandwagon and bought ourselves a year full of fun! So tomorrow Josh and I both took the day off and are going to surprise the little munchkins with a fun filled trip to SeaWorld for the day. They have never been and Josh has never been to the one here in CA & it’s been YEARS since I went. So stay tuned for some pics and I hope we don’t have any birdie/pooping incidents.

My baby is growing up

So today my baby has grown up. I know she's a little over 4 but she's still my first born....my baby! Well we signed Emily up at Christ Community Preschool and her official first day was TODAY! She’ll go Tues & Thur from 8:30-11:30. I think she was more excited to start preschool then we were. She loves learning and interacting with kids. Josh had the pleasure of dropping her off this morning. He is by far the best daddy EVER and lucky for him he’s home during the day and can experience and witness all of Emily and Caleb’s milestones. I am very envious of that. I gave Josh the task of taking pics when he dropped her off and….mission failed. He said there were just too many people and too chaotic. So I promise we’ll get a pic soon even if it’s not from her first day. But when she starts Kindergarten bet your bottoms I’ll be there with my camera snapping away as I’m wiping away tears.

One mishap did happen today…The best daddy EVER is also a thief. He didn’t realize till this afternoon that he grabbed some other poor little girl also named Emily bucket and took it home. So he drove all the way back to school to return the stolen bucket but to find out Emily’s bucket was MISSING! So hopefully we’ll get our bucket returned to us next Tuesday.

Big Bear

Last Saturday we headed up to Big Bear with the Cain family for a day of playing in the snow.
Emily was amazed by the amounts of snow, or as she says millions of snow.
Poor little Caleb got car sick on the way up
The lake was frozen all the way across
Headed out to the forest to get away from thr swarm of people
and....STUCK
Caleb taking a little cat nap, not feeling so well
Getting towed out
The women decided to get out and let the kids play.
Caleb's first time in the snow
Yeah it was DEEP!
As you can see the kids LOVED sledding!!
Snow Emily's
Very peaceful
now Josh is stuck
So Caleb had a little melt down because he couldn't have the shovel
Another view of the lake. Looks like a field huh?
Emily and Josh coming down the hill
WIPE OUT
Emily got brave and headed up the hill all by herself.
It was a GREAT day!! Even with Caleb getting car sick and barphing all over the car, smelling baby puke all day and the boys getting stuck in the snow for 2 hours. No seriously we had a blast, but boy were we exhausted.
